MICHAEL NEWHARD

   Michael is the Mayor of The Village of Warwick. Today, the village is one of the few in the state that can boast of surviving the mall­mania of the 1980s and 90s and maintaining the integrity and commercial vitality of its central business district. The village can be proud of its many public and privately-supported parks, museums, galleries, hospital, community center, housing for the elderly, and other amenities. Michael will talk about new business, upcoming events, improvements to the community and everything Warwick.

JOHN HIGGINS

John is Mayor of the Village of Goshen, incorporated March 28, 1809. nearly two centuries from the date of the discovery of the Hudson River. Goshen is located on the Wawayanda Patent, which was granted in 1703, so that Goshen was among the first settlements made in Orange County. The Village of Goshen boasts many shops, the Government Center and lots of Orange County history.
